The author was awarded Ph.D. Degree in Psychology by the Bharathiar
University, Coimbatore, with effect from 13th November 2020. A portion of
the thesis has been taken for publication of this book as per permission
granted in the Notication. The author retired in 2019 from the Central
government service from I.R.S, as Asst. Commissioner of Customs and
Central Tax under the Ministry of nance, Government of India. The author is
also a 3rd degree black belt in karate and also practice other martial arts.
Research papers and some poems in English have been published. The author
after his initial BSc. Degree, got a Masters in English and Psychology, a
creative writing diploma, an English teaching diploma and a counselling
diploma. |
Book Description
The contents of this book are designed to have ideas towards physical health, mental health and spiritual dimensions which altogether may tend to contribute towards happiness. Although every area dealt with are in itself topics for an independent publication, these have been amalgamated into a single book for convenience, ease of reference, and to evoke interest. The aim of this book is for development of a versatile personality among the readers and to provide psychological perceptions as well. A portion of my doctoral thesis submitted to the Bharathiar University entitled 'Psychological well-being among early adults in the field of Information technology in Kerala' has been included in this book as per permission granted. I shall ever remain delightful if the readers gain some insights on perusal of this book.
