Modern organizations are highly complex and dynamic systems. Managing organizations efficiently and effectively in this changing time is quite a complicated and challenging job. So, a complete theoretical and practical knowledge of Management is now becomes an essential requirement in order to manage and run the enterprises more successfully. This book on “Principles of Management” is primarily designed for the students of BBA, MBA and other professional courses. The attempt has been made to provide a systematic and integrated framework which would help the reader to understand the topics in clear and simple way. The book has been presented in a very simple language and various examples have been incorporated in order to ensure better understanding of the given contents.
