Dr. P. Balasubramanian | Dr.P.Balasubramanian (Born in 1984 in a farming
Community in Kattukulam, Musiri Taluk of Tiruchirappalli
District, Tamil Nadu). He obtained his MA, M.Phil Degrees
in Economics from St.Joseph's College, Tiruchirappalli
District. He took his Ph.D (Management) degree from
Bharathidasan University during 1999. He cleared NET
(Management) exam conducted by UGC. He has presented
many research papers in the International and National level Conferences held in
many places. He has a credit of publishing more than 15 research papers in the
International and National level and UGC Care list annexed.
He worked as Adjunct Faculty in Centrally Funded Universities and Arts and
Science Colleges in Tamil Nadu. Now he is working as a System Analyst in MNC in
Karnataka. |
Book Description
The success and real progress of any country's economic development is purely decided only by the best and qualitative labour force of the existing Human Resources. It is an integral part of the productive capacity of any sector. India is the best example for the enormous and abundant quantity of Human Resources but at the same time, the quality and standard of the labour force is not satisfactorily good as compared with other developed countries. For that purpose alone the recent Govt. has implemented startup, standup and skill development programme for the young, dynamic entrepreneurs to boost up their entrepreneurial ability. Especially agriculture witnessed the best example for improving Human Resources through the adoption of technological diffusion under the Green Revolution Programme in India. In this context this book brought out by the author is immense important of analyzing the best qualitative methods and practices followed in farming sector in achieving the targeted rate of farm produces. The author tries to portray the real picture of Human Resources in Indian agriculture under the regime of globalization. A detailed analysis was made by the author on the genesis and growth of Human Resources in agriculture improvement measures and impact of new economic reforms, social changes and all other related arenas are discussed in detail under various heads in this book. It also gives a panoramic outlook of human resources and shedlights the reason for shift away from agriculture through migratory process in search of alternative jobs which are easily available in the urban sector was also discussed and other measures for improving their social and economic change of agricultural labourers in India. Anyhow it is the best attempt of the author to portray the various aspects of Human Resources.
