Dr.B.V.S.Lakshmi has an experience of 14 Years in the field of teaching,
research and administration. Her 55 research publications and 15 research
paper presentations of national and international order, stands, as
testimony to her strengths. She is a member of APTI. She is appointed as
CPCSEA Nominee to various organizations as an IAEC member. She
guided 39 M.pharmacy students, 14 Pharm.D projects, presently guiding
5 Ph.D candidates. |

“Dr. M Sudhakar has an experience of 32 Years in the field of teaching and
administration. He is resourceful person for various AICTE workshops.
His 100 research publications and 150 research paper presentations of
national and international order, stands as testimony to his strengths. He
being the Principal is bent on making this college in to one of the most
sought after centers for excellence, through its quality education and
research orientation.He is the life member of professional bodies like IPA,
APTI and IPGA. He is the executive member of APTI (AP branch). He is the member of board of studies
for pharmacy in Osmania University. Under his successful guidance 12 candidate have been awarded
Ph.D by JNTUniversity, Hyderabad. At present, he is guiding 8 candidates for Ph.D Programs. He is the
resource person for video lectures in pharmaceutics. |
| B.Maheswari Reddy (Maheswari Jugnu Thakur) |  |
Mrs.B.Maheswari completed her graduation from Lalitha College of
Pharmacy, Hyderabad in 2009 and post graduation from Malla Reddy
College of Pharmacy in 2012. She is currently pursuing her doctorate
degree from Annamalai University, Chidambaram. She has four years of
teaching experience. She is presently working as an Assistant Professor in
Malla Reddy College of Pharmacy. She has guided several projects at graduation and post graduation
level. She has around 10 research papers in peer reviewed national and international journals. |
Book Description
It is matter of great rejoice to write the preface of the first edition “A textbook of Pathophysiology”. Pathophysiology is a connecting bridge between anatomy, physiology and pharmacology. Adequate insight of Pathophysiology will be helpful for better understanding of pharmacology. This book will be useful from the academic point of view, especially for pharmacy students, as this subject has recently been introduced.We have tried to give maximum recent and updated information and also made a sincere effort to create a perfect mixture of a reference and examination oriented book. Keeping this in view, it is our endeavour to provide a comprehensive text of pathophysiology through lucid language covering diagrams, flowcharts and tables wherever necessary. Altough we have tried to give the best valuable information, however, continuous research, clinical examinations, individual sensitivity may show change in effectiveness of therapy and hence treatment of any nature should not be substituted by our book. We will be greatful to all the readers who finally judge the quality of this book and feedback for the same is welcomed.
