DR.HARSHA MADHABA KAR | The Author of this book Er. Harsha Madhab Kar, Ph.D, in Business Administration as
basically a civil graduate engineer from Sialia, K.S.Nagar, District Ganjam of Odisha
State in India and has been associated with various types of constructional activities
with Govt. sector as well as non-Govt. sectors. After completing his MBA degrees
from Berhampur University during the year 2010, has associated himself with
managemental activities with HR initiative in education of different constructional
projects. As a charted engineer with consultation of District Administration has
completed various type of educational infrastructural projects with the active
participation of village people, School Management Committee, Panchayat Raj Institution members
including its management through RTE-SSA, District Ganjam of Odisha State, India. At later stage the
author activity associated with All India Management Association which helped him for successfully
implementing the projects at ground level. Not only the above but also has implemented the structural
conservation & preservation with architectural views of ancient monuments awarded by the 10th / 11th
Finance Commission, Govt. of India.
As on date still the endeavour of the author still continuous to activate more in the field for effective
management in constructional activities. |

PROF.SATYANARAYAN PATHI | Professor Satyanarayan Pathi (Ph. D.) is a professor of Business Administration in
Berhampur University; Odisha has taken birth on 4th May 1961 at Pandarakhali village
of Ganjam district in Indian state of Odisha. He has worked as Head of the Department
of Business Administration, Berhampur University (2000-2002), Chairman, Board of
Studies in Department of Business Administration, Coordinator, PG Diploma in
Management and Warden for P.G Hostels etc. He has attended many National and
International Seminars and Conferences. He has produced successful Ph.D. and D.litt.
Scholars. His research articles are published in National and world reputed International Journals and in
Edited Books. He has scripted and edited many books of high repute. His academic excellence is not only
limited to teaching but also he has become question setter for OPSC in OAS examination, question setter for
Utkal University, Fakir Mohan University, Sambalpur University and Kolhan University. Prof. Pathi has
also worked as External Examiner for Ph.D. of Allagappa University, Madras and Andhra University and
Visakhpatnam, Banaras Hindu University of Varanasi and GITAM University of Visakhapatanam. He is life
member of Odisha Commerce Association and member of Odisha Management Association. Organizing
social activities in district of Ganjam and specifically in Berhampur he is well known and he has attended
different social functions as speaker. |
