The objective of present book is to meet a need of B.Pharm undergraduate students for concise volume of practical inorganic chemistry as per PCI new syllabus. This book consist of experiments based on properties of metals, limit tests of ions, identification test for metal salts, followed by tests of purity of some inorganic pharmaceuticals. The students upon completion of course shall be able to know the sources of impurities and methods to determine the impurities in inorganic drugs and pharmaceuticals. It also helps to understand the medicinal and pharmaceutical importance of inorganic compounds. Completing task is never a one man effort. It is often result of invaluable contribution of a number of individuals in a direct or indirect manner. With profound appreciation, I thank all the numerous acquaintance who has extended their support and contribution to this book.
