Managing the human behaviour has become the biggest challenge in the present scenario. Many internal and external factors influence the behaviour of an individual in both their personal and professional life.An individual's personality, perception, attitude, values, learning skills, motivation and many more are involved in designing the behaviour of an individual and as a group. The book is an attempt to make the students who aspire to become future managers to understand the behavioural concepts in a simple and easy manner. The content of this book are written in accordance with the BBA and MBA curricula of Periyar Maniammai Institute of Science & Technology (Deemed to be University), Thanjavur. However, it will be useful for students of BBA, BBM and MBA of various universities in India. In this book, the concepts and theories of organizational behaviour are explained in twelve different chapters in a very simple way. Crossword puzzle has been included in each chapter to create interest and grab the attention of the readers. Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and two mark questions are presented at the end of the book to fulfil the requirement of the students in the examination point of view. Few case lets are also included for kindling the interest of the students.
