Climate change is a global issue that must be addressed locally. Climate change began to be detected since the countries in the world were in the competition to build the industry by using coal and petroleum, resulting in the buildup of CO in 2 the earth's atmosphere. In response to the condition, the Earth Summit by the United Nations (UN) was globally organized. The Earth Summit was first held on June 5, 1972, in Stockholm which addressed the issue of environmental degradation as a result of increasing population and industry. The issue of environmental degradation as a result of increasing population and industry serves as the basis for mitigation of climate change, globally, regionally and locally.
