In the late 2019's, the entire world faced a new threat called as corona virus which was named COVID-19 in the early 2020's by WHO. This pandemic not only caused the widespread disruption and suffering but also has taken the entire world into its grip. The crises of 2020 fragmented public health system and has also raised the fundamental questions for the survival of the common people along with the downfall of other sectors of our society and economy. This survey highlights the overall details on how COVID-19 has impacted on Indian economy in different sectors especially considering the main three (primary, secondary and tertiary) sectors which serves as a main resource for the growth of India's GDP(Gross Domestic Product). Along with the brief explanation about the effects and downfall of GDP, uctuations in the ination rate, elevation in unemployment level caused due to reverse migration and distressed the monotonous life-style of millions of people. The immediate lockdown restrictions which was necessary to decrease the spread of virus became an unwelcomed surprise to the people which served as another reason for the shutdown of all the working companies and industries which directly impacted on the employment of lots of labourers. Hence, during the lockdown phase our country witnessed a major fall in the industrial production.Education sector equally witnessed and also adapted many changes. Digital learning/Elearning, online exams was no lesser task for the students. The government of India both central and state government has taken initiative in these tough times and has introduced many schemes and policies such as tax measures, welfare measures, PMGKY schemes etc which helped citizens to overcome the difculties and facilitated with a basic beneciaries during the lockdown. After collecting information from various different sources, we could conclude that India experienced one of the major downfall ever in the history in the economical. Its evident that COVID-19 caused a serious health issues which was unable to combact by the people which created a disturbing havoc. Besides, the serious noticeable physical health issues, people of India had to face an unending sequence of agonizing torture by being quarantined for several months under one roof. Social gatherings were restricted, the only kind of interactions that people had were only through online mood which seemed frustrating after some period of time. Humans are social being , without any physical communications during lockdown a kind of stillness was created which made people even more prone to mental illness such as depression , anxiety of the uncertainty of future, PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) etc. In order to enlighten about this serious issue, we grouped people based on the age, employment etc and found out the range of mental illness and the horrifying traumatic experience of India during COVID- 19 times. We all have being discussing the huge negatives impacts of lockdown but there's been a several positive impacts to include under lockdown effects. Yes, positivity is rare at the time of pandemic but nevertheless due to lockdown though people lost interactions to the outside world, the family bonding started getting stronger, the pollution levels decreased due to less human interference and many more. Mental illness should be considered even more seriously and treated well in order for the individuals well-being. The major effect of coronavirus is being on individuals health .The infection primarily shows the symptoms similar to u with a throat pain, cold and cough and then spreads to the alveolar of the lungs causing pneumonia. To allow the study of viruses, replication, pathogenicity and quantication of the virus is required. Therefore , we have included information regarding morphological and genomic structure of the virus, replication cycle(Life cycle) which explains the attachment and entry of the virus, replication and synthesis, assembly and release of a new virus. The key step in the virus replication is attachment and entry into the host cells. Techniques detailing the identication of cellular receptors, binding proles of viral attachment proteins and virus new cell assembly are described. Time of infection is noted as a crucial time for the patients where their body's immune responses many be dampening. Therefore, often opportunistic bacteria and fungi make its way in such immunosuppressant patients and causes secondary infections. A few number of majorly seen secondary opportunistic infections has been explained in this survey. After discussing about the cause, symptoms and health effects its important to mention about the prevention way to the diseases. It is found Vaccination is the only way to stop the virus from causing COVID-19 infections. Hence, there were few effective vaccines prepared by reputed companies which are bought into action and the government of India has been successful in vaccinating as many people possible since then.
