km in the rst two runs, while managing a whooping 72 km in the run in Nov 2021, after
losing 30 kg weight. She ran several Marathons, Half marathons and 10k runs over the
period of past 7 years. A Basketball player and a Science post graduate from Vikram
University, Ujjain and currently pursuing Masters of Science in Yoga from B.R. Ambedkar
University, Mhow. Ruchi Masih has explored her science background to get into the root
cause of weight gain and hence losing weight.
Lately (Dec 2021) she has been shortlisted amongst thousands of aspirants awarded with
“Nation's Choice Award, Influential Women 2021” at a felicitation program held at
Constitution Club of India, New Delhi. A few days later Mrs. Ruchi Masih was awarded by
the title Mrs. India, Fitness Diva (freak) amidst thousands of contesting participants at a
Spectacular Extravaganza, Ms. & Mrs. India 2021, held at hotel Sheraton Grand, Indore.

Book Description
On the onset of this journey of weight loss, first of all let me congratulate you all to have challenged yourself to lose weight. I can empathize with you all as I have been through this journey myself, starting from a mere 50 kg of young bride to a hefty 85+ kg of a women over the period of a few years and then back to 55 kg of fit and active self. Whatever I have shared with you in this book is a truth either faced by myself in my journey of weight loss or that which I believe has a scientific base and is an effective truth. There are no tall claims in this book but just facts and figures that would guide you towards a healthy self and mind it, that this is no book that claims to make you slim and thin overnight, it would take time and effort, in fact a lot of effort and sincerity to lose kilos of Fat that you had accumulated over years together, but I assure you can lose most of the fat within one year if you follow the instruction given in this book religiously.
