Book Description
There are standard books for all the subjects like biochemistry, botany, zoology and microbiology etc, as biotechnology is a multidisciplinary subject, there is no standard reference book that covers the basic topics of biotechnology, as a reader I follow U. SATYANARAYANA biotechnology textbook which covers most of the topics in biotechnology, basic principles of biophysical techniques and molecular biology is intended for the B.Sc students taught at 3 years course .The scope of the book is designed to match typical course syllabi of undergraduate and post graduate of different universities. This text includes interesting diagrams that make concept understand more clearly, I have written this book after thorough survey of many books. The birth of the book took place as the effect of the covid-19, as the pandemic changed the way of teaching i.e., from ofine to online, the teaching became easy through online platforms, but after delivering the lectures the next task is to post the material for every individual topic, which ignited my mind to produce a book by authoring myself. The book is a combination of two major topics biophysical techniques and molecular biology, there are many books for the study of molecular biology, even we have lots of material available in the internet for better understanding of the subject. Hence I made a combination of text from the open source in the internet and from the text books as well which makes the book unique and easy to understand and I also found there are very less books for biophysical techniques and the readers understandability is also very less due to the technical language of physics, which made me to write this book. Hope everyone enjoy reading my book and I welcome any suggestions to improve the book.
