Hema Sarat Chandra. N has graduated in B.Sc. Agriculture from Agricultural college- Naira of ANGRAU- Guntur, Andhra Pradesh in 2011. Thereafter, he has attended to Banaras Hindu University (BHU, Varanasi) and completed his M.Sc. Agriculture in Extension Education in 2013. By securing UGC JRF he has done his Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension education from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, Haryana in 2016. He has evaluated the functioning of Rythu bazaars (farmers market) in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh as a part to complete his M.Sc. research. He has worked on Agricultural Technology Management Agency (ATMA), Andhra Pradesh for his Ph.D. research and submitted thesis as Dynamics of coordination among different agencies with ATMA in Andhra Pradesh. He has developed ATMA coordination index (ACI) and Group dynamics index (GDI) to measure the coordination of ATMA and group dynamics of farmer interest groups under ATMA. He has published research articles in national as well as international journals in agriculture and rural development sectors.
Gajanand Palve
Gajanand Palve has graduated in B.Sc. Agriculture from Agricultural college- Jagitial of ANGRAU in 2014. Thereafter, he has attended to Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (BCKV), Mohanpur, West-Bengal and completed his M.Sc. Agriculture in Agricultural Extension in 2016. He has secured ICAR-SRF in Agricultural Extension and presently pursuing Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension education from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, Haryana. He has specialised in studying technology adoption behaviour of farmers.

Education opens the door to lead our life. In general education prepares people competent enough to face the challenges in life. One can be educated through teaching & learning process or learning by self. Education emphasis on acquisition of knowledge and education must for human resource development. But from earlier all may not access to school or college from variety of reasons; hence non formal education comes to serve the purpose of those disadvantaged. Whichever, the mode of education the purpose is for human resource development. Education is not all about studying and getting good marks. It is really a means to discover new things which we don't know about and increase our knowledge.
