Since past decades work & life are joint part of life. In recent times women participation in work has increased. And they contribute equally in household & ofce work. As well as a satisfaction that is a must factor towards job that can make a smooth working over work life. Work life balance is a state of placidity where demand for both the things that is professional & personal life lie in equilibrium manner. Contrasting roles that a working women plays in different phases demands for satisfaction between job & work life. A balanced life for women is said to be the one where they are able to spread their energy & efforts in some fertile manner. Though being framed as mother land. Women were & are held responsible for creating of society and cultural life-cycle of their own family. Whereas the men of the family are building block to the houses. Women works up in house is a primitive belief. They hold double-barrelled roles in workplace & homes. At this exigency it is important to conduct a research & study the relation between job satisfactions holds up with work life balance among working women fraternity in university. Working women fraternity of university hold many responsibilities & challenges throughout their day. Job satisfaction too holds some relation with directly or indirectly with respect to the work life balance variables. So to extract that relationship this study has been undertaken. Which can help in framing the relationship and knowing the exactness on the basis of identication of factors, level, evaluation, measures & relation of job satisfaction & work life balance effect on among women employees of higher education sector Work Life Balance is broader concept, it deals with career growth & family care as well, so it lie really important to create a balance between these two lives. By the upshot in lives of women fraternity in various sectors their lives & roles have grown .Work life balance for women teaching fraternity lies a hot topic in today's era. The working female have a great load on their shoulders to manage their work priorities with family priorities as well. In the process of accomplishment of this research study above mentioned objectives are taken up. In order to gain validity & preciseness in the results & conclusions various tests are adopted. Which helped to accumulate the genuine variables & facts pertaining to job satisfaction with work life balance among women employees of higher education sector And the suitable measures & conclusion is drawn on the basis of data.
